Understanding opportunities
View choices and consequences
In 3D printing and prototyping, it is the smallest details that count. For example, the choice of material determines the (most) appropriate printing technique. SLS, FDM and SLA are printing techniques that in combination with the material lead to a certain stiffness, strength and texture. Besides 3D printing, Vacuum casting, CNC milling and sheet metal with a legion of materials are also options to bring your prototype or finished product to life. It all starts with the application you have in mind for the prototype or finished product. To make it easier to choose between techniques and options, we have put together a decision matrix. Because we serve diverse clients, from experienced engineers to creative creators with little prior knowledge, we offer as much information as possible for independent choices. But, of course, you can also contact us in person to make trade-offs and choices.
Production and delivery
In house within 3 to 10 working days
Once the order is entered, you will receive a confirmation and we will check everything here to make sure that the project can be smoothly included in the production flow. Depending on the 3D printing technique, the lead time can vary from approx. 2 to 3 working days for SLS and FDM to approx. 6 to 7 working days for SLA. For other techniques such as 3D CNC Milling or Casting from a silicone mold (VAC), slightly longer lead times of 8 to 10 days apply. If you want a modified version after internal evaluation, this is quickly and easily arranged from the existing order information. With clear information and fast delivery, we like to be the remote 3D printing/protofactory for our customers; not the machine investment but the convenience.
