A specialty of ours is the machining of PEEK material. PEEK is a high-performance plastic and a true metal substitute. It is ideally suited for high
temperatures with chemical influences. Typical areas of application are medical instruments, laboratory setups, valve blocks, scrapers for the food
industry and many other applications.

Technology

Using 3- or 5-axis simultaneous machining based on a 3D CAD model, we realize PEEK parts from rod material.

Realization

Delivery in 2 weeks is possible for single parts or small series.
