For PAL-V, we created a complete monocoque setup of their innovative FlyDrive solution, the PAL-V Liberty, including various panel parts. This setup serves to validate, optimize, and industrialize the interior. All parts are fully assembled into a realistic model that you can get in and out of and assess the ergonomics.

Technology

CNC milling work from ABS plastic, with a first coat of primer. Large load-bearing parts are made from multiple workpieces and glued together with mechanical interlocks. The interior was filled in by the customer.

Realization

Within 3.5 weeks of receipt of final STEP files and assignment.
