PENTAIR X-Flow BV

For PENTAIR X-Flow, we realized a 1-to-1 mockup of a skid-mounted ultra filtration system equipped with a header system with special inflow and aeration. The entire setup was assembled and finished to specification and introduced at the world water exhibition AquaTECH in Amsterdam.

Technology

Combination of vacuum casting from silicone mold and CNC milling from ABS plastic with large feeding parts were realized from multiple workpieces and glued with mechanical interlocking.

Realization

Within 3.5 weeks of receipt of final STEP files and assignment.
