For Donkervoort Automobiles, we realized various grilles and the grill for the anniversary model JD70, the first car that can accelerate with 2G power. Already in the
prototyping phase, it could be determined that the quality and durability of the material used met the manufacturer's high standard and was used as a production part.

Technology

Vacuum casting from silicone mold in a matte scratch-resistant version in connection with stone chips. The properties of the material correspond to glass-filled Nylon (PA-GF20).

Realization

Within 2.5 weeks of order. Production in series of about 20 sets due to maximum utilization of the silicone mold.
